Our sixteenth niche site for this month is, Guitars by Mark. This is an expired domain that I picked up at NameCheap.com that was a PR3 site. I added this to my arsenal of guitar sites and placed a back link on it to my main guitar site like I always do. Even though that might have hurt that site short term, I am sticking with it to build the PR and see what happens long term.
I can’t believe I have 16 sites up this month already and today is only the 15th. I am actually 1 site ahead for 1 site per day. I think next month I am going to take a new approach. I am planning on doing 10 expired domains. That might cost me around $750 to do though. Then I can compare me December 31 mixture sites to January 10 expired sites and see what worked the best. Sounds like a plan. So far I am having good luck with both new and expired domains. I need to run some numbers but at a glance one does not seem to be hugely out performing the other.
