Our twenty-second EPN niche site for this month is, Buy Designer Fragrances. This is a new domain registration.
Yesterday and today I am thinking that I am starting to see a few hundred less clicks through to eBay. This could be due to the holiday getting closer and less people ordering online as the shipping cutoff as been pretty much reached. Although my true thoughts are that Google is sending me less traffic. I think this is true because they do not like the type of sites that I am putting out. Don’t get me wrong when these sites get traffic they make money… but what real value do they offer in Google’s eyes that eBay doesn’t already offer? I really need to do some thinking… I am getting tired of putting all this effort into these sites and then just letting them die and making more. I mean it appears to be working for me lately but I have to be able to do it even better that Google will continue to like them and send them traffic. I know that original content is going to have to come into play but I have not panned out all the details yet.
Anyone want to chime in with some ideas? Here are a few thoughts I have. Possibly make a WP blog on a very specific niche. How many pages should I make it? 10? I would probably do away with dynamic content search pages. Maybe not do away with them but rather just put them in my robots.txt so Google won’t crawl them. I read that google does not like you to have them index search results within your site. Keyword research and seo placement would be very important for this type of site. I would no longer be depending on long tail results. I would be fighting for top positions on specific phrases. Probably a specific phrase for each page. So how big do I make each site before I move on to the next site? How often should I come back and add more content?
I got a few expired domains coming in that I might play with some of these ideas with.

Stick with me here. I’m doing some serious SEO experiments, articles, RSS feeds, blog entries and more. I’m targeting long tails at this point. What I’m learning is you can dominate even without content however I recommend that you at least add 6 at minimum articles related to your niche that add value.
Once my tests are complete I’ll be blogging and releasing my findings to everyone. EPN is a great program if you have traffic. It SUCKS if you don’t. A lot of my niches have completely died at this point. Yesterday was my worst ever only sending 24 clicks. Google is playing hard on me too.
