So here I am changing things up again. Since I have been putting AdSense on my sites recently I have been noticing that my earnings with them are on the rise. I read several other blogs where folks are earning about $100 per day and more from AdSense. So I decided to start designing a few sites with AdSense earnings in mind.
First I used my new keyword tool to find keywords that are costly in AdWords. I figure if they cost a lot in AdWords then they should pay decent in AdSense. I will be doing a post this week about the keyword tool that I am using.
Then I am using Caffeinated Content to pull in all my content on the site. Well worth the $77.00 I paid as it fills my site with content from Yahoo answers or YouTube. It pulled in the content and scheduled posts for the rest of the year. This is a beautiful thing. Just the way I like it.
Finally I changed up the theme to have 3 AdSense ads when looking at a single post page or just 2 ads if looking at the home page. 3 ads was the max allowed way back and I am assuming it still is. I wouldn’t recommend more then 3 anyways. Many folks recommend only one AdSense block if you want to get the highest earnings per click.

I like the way you got the adsense ads at the top of your site. How did you do that?
I simply opened the header.php file for the theme and pasted the adsense code in where I wanted it. But then I noticed that the ads got cut off. So I had to go into the css file for the theme and make the header height larger. I am also going to move the search box down further to the divider line but did not get to it yet.
Also just an update on this… I got 2 clicks today on this site. The first 2 I have gotten yet. The total of those 2 clicks was 4.65. So that is about 2.32 per click. I can live with that.
The site is not indexed yet as I have noticed that dot org sites seem to take longer to index for me. So those clicks must have been generated from someone that clicked through from here.
My point to telling you this is that once I get indexed and start getting clicks this site is going to make some good money.
I am going to announce the keyword tool this week that I am using. I used it to find this niche and it said that it would be profitable. From these 2 clicks I am thinking it was right.
The other tool caffeinated content also allowed me to set this site up with quick content.
I think these 2 tools + a wordpress site + adsense is going to make me some good money. I would think with these tools I will be able to bring my adsense earnings up to my EPN earnings level in say 3 months. I am going to try… we will see!

Glad to help Tony. Let us know how it works out for you. I think it is a valuable tool but have not been using it much lately. I took some ideas away from it and coded some stuff myself that works in a similar manner.
